Our Franchise Development team will guide you through all aspects of the Franchise Development process, including the presentation of your Introductory Franchise Packet, provision of your Franchise Disclosure Document, facilitation of Financing Pre-Qualification through a lender, and introduction to members of your franchise support and training teams during Discovery Day at the Franchise Support Center.


We have a skilled Training Team in place to teach you everything you need to know about running a successful business and educating the leaders of tomorrow. You will attend two Training sessions in the weeks leading up to your opening, and you will continue to receive ongoing training – particularly when new programs are introduced and implemented.


An assigned Operations Consultant is there to help set you up for success from a daily operations standpoint, and to provide ongoing support to ensure that your business continues to run smoothly. Having a primary contact to answer questions and provide information saves you time and effort – allowing you to stay focused on serving local families and growing your business.

Quality Assurance

Our specially engineered Quality Assurance Program systematically monitors and evaluates our schools to ensure that they meet with the high standards Kids ‘R’ Kids families have come to expect from our brand. Our tireless QA team regularly travels the nation to aid our franchisees in the smooth operation of their schools – identifying any areas of concern that may need to be addressed BEFORE they become an issue. Our Quality Assurance Consultants also provide support in the areas of state licensing, health protocols and safety regulations.


Kids ‘R’ Kids’ Education Specialists combine a wealth of experience and the latest research to develop our exclusive curriculum. This department continues to enhance our core curriculum with regular updates and supplementary curriculums like our Brain Waves® Curriculum focused on brain development and STEAM Ahead® Curriculum with hands-on activities rooted in science, technology, engineering, art and math. Our Education Specialists are also tasked with creating exciting new Summer Camp experience for our students each year.


The Marketing and Brand Management Department supplies our franchisees with vital information on how to market each Learning Academy through a combination of social media, digital advertising, print marketing and local community events. This department also regularly rolls out national campaigns – many of which have been recognized with awards – to secure and promote the Kids ‘R’ Kids brand at both the national and local levels.

Regional Managers & Consultants

The support doesn’t end once you’ve opened the doors on your new Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy. Our Regional Managers and Consultants provide ongoing training and support for you and your staff throughout the course of the franchise term, as new programs are introduced and implemented on an as needed basis.


The cog at the center of the wheel, our Executive and Administration Teams operate out of Kids ‘R’ Kids International, Inc. headquarters in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. While our other teams are ensuring that YOUR business runs smoothly, our Executive and Administration Teams are tasked with making sure the entire company runs smoothly.

Government Relations

Government Relations is an area we take very seriously as we represent our industry and advocate on behalf of our franchisees with State and Federal law-makers. This department is also tasked with keeping you abreast of current and potential rules and regulations.



In addition to being a member of the company’s founding family, David Vinson is the President and CEO of Kids ‘R’ Kids International, Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in early childhood education. David has managed several functional areas of the Company prior to being appointed president and CEO. He has owned and managed several Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academies. David takes pride in being deeply involved in the Franchise Development aspect of the company, ushering in a new age of handpicked Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy owners to carry his family’s vision into the future.

Rashid Khan

Rashid Khan is the Vice President of Franchise Development responsible for both domestic and international franchise development. He began his career with Kids ‘R’ Kids in 1999 and is intimately familiar with all aspects of what it takes to open and operate a successful school.
